Dr. Marie Baumgartner
Dentist
Born and raised in the Portland-Salem area, Dr. Marie Baumgartner has local roots. She attended Walla Walla University in Washington, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. Later, Marie continued her education at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California, where she earned her Doctor’s degree.
Marie enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, kayaking, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Amy Schimschock, D.M.D

Dr. Amy Schimschock is an accomplished general dentist with extensive experience in restorative dentistry, preventative care, and extractions. She has worked in high-volume practices, managing multiple treatment columns and collaborating with large dental teams to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. Her ability to balance clinical precision with time management has earned her a reputation for excellence and reliability.
Amy earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Midwestern University and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Centenary College of Louisiana. She is licensed by the Oregon Dental Board and certified in nitrous oxide administration and DEA compliance.
Outside of her professional life, Amy is married and the proud mother of one child. She values family time and strives to balance her dedication to dentistry with creating meaningful moments at home. Amy is passionate about leveraging advanced technology and evidence-based practices to provide exceptional outcomes for her patients.
Dr. Dar Yoon, D.M.D
General Dentist
Dr. Dar Yoon is a skilled general dentist with a strong background in comprehensive dental care, including restorative procedures, preventative treatments, and emergency dentistry. She has experience in high-volume practices, performing detailed oral examinations, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering pain-free procedures to ensure patient comfort. Dar is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while implementing efficient workflows and infection control protocols.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Oregon Health & Science University and has practiced in diverse clinical settings, where she honed her expertise in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and prosthetic collaboration with dental labs.
A proud Salem local, Dar grew up in Keizer and graduated from McNary High School. She is married with one child. Outside of dentistry, Dar enjoys spending time with her family and contributing to the well-being of the community she calls home.
Dr. Deven Allert, D.M.D
General Dentist
Dr. Deven Allert is a dedicated general dentist passionate about providing comprehensive, high-quality care that restores oral health and boosts patient confidence. She thrives on tackling complex cases and creating personalized treatment strategies that help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
Deven earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. She is certified in implant placement, bringing advanced skills to her practice.
Raised in Florida, Deven is now proud to call Oregon home. She is married, loves coffee, and adores her cats. She enjoys connecting with her community and finding ways to make every patient feel comfortable and confident in their smile.

Jennifer Ayala

Jenifer graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Jenifer has a gentle personality which carries over to her patient care. She pays great attention to detail and is very organized.
In her spare time, Jenifer enjoys spending time with her family, going to movies, and listening to rock music.
Jenna Solheim
RDH, EPP
Jenna is a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology, graduating with her Masters in Medical Laboratory Science in 2016. She then headed to Pacific University graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2018.
Jenna’s number one loves are her husband and their two French Bulldogs pups. She enjoys outings with the family to the coast, trying new restaurants and baking delicious treats. We sure are excited for you to meet Jenna as we know you will love getting to know her.
Jordan Abbott

Jordan Abbott, EPDH
Jordan is an Oregonian through and through. She earned her Dental Hygiene Degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology in 2020. She prides herself on her ability to work with highly anxious and dental phobic patients. She takes extra time to ensure her patients feel at ease.
Jordan enjoys all things outdoors, Wine tasting, spending time with friends, family, and her beloved furry friend Domino.
Tiffani K.
Office Manager
Shortly after graduating from high school, Tiffani earned her EFDA dental assisting license from Concorde Career College in Portland. She worked as a lead dental assistant at Gentle Dental for ten years before coming to Shoreview Dental in 2006. Tiffani took over the position of office manager in 2008.
In her spare time, Tiffani enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as tending their small farm, CrossFit, traveling, and quad riding.
